About Me

Hi! I am Kristen Soseman and I am so excited that you are here! 

From a very young age I can remember having strong and unique intuitive abilities and the ability to connect with others on a deep energetic level. Looking back on this now, it all makes perfect sense...

My intuitive abilities led me to pursue a career in the beauty industry where I spent over twenty years as a Salon Owner, Stylist, Educator and Mentor. Throughout my career I was able to utilize my abilities and empathetic nature to serve my clients, staff and students in a very powerful way. I loved helping my clients look and feel their best on the outside and to help them love and accept themselves on a deeper level. I loved being able to help my students and staff to believe in themselves while building their confidence and developing the skills necessary to succeed. After many years as a beauty professional, and after diving head first into my own healing journey, I discovered a deeper purpose in which I could make a lasting impact on so many, that goes far beyond the physical.

I opened myself up to new paths and possibilities and started paying attention to the messages and signs I needed to guide me in a new direction...

Along my own healing journey, I discovered modalities that helped me to heal on profound energetic levels. I took a deep dive into this world and it completely changed my life. Years of therapy had served me well in helping me to understand and make sense of my trauma and behaviors, but even as deep as my understanding was, the energy from past experiences and trauma was still having a significant effect on me. Energy healing and mindfulness has helped me to heal, release old patterns & emotions, find my true self and stay grounded. As my life began to shift and change, I started to share my new gifts with others and saw their lives shifting and changing as well. Seeing the beautiful impact that these tools and insight were having on myself and others, it became very clear to me that part of my purpose was to share this with more people by making this work my sole career focus.

Through my Energy Coaching and Experiences, my hope is that you can learn and implement these life changing tools and techniques to fine tune your energy and elevate your life.
