Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a Japanese technique that helps to reduce stress and promotes healing and peace in your physical and energy bodies. This healing energy is infused throughout each experience.

The infusion of Reiki really takes the experience to the highest levels of healing. The Reiki energy meets each person where they are at and gives them exactly what they need.

My Journey to here and now...

From a very young age I can remember having strong and unique intuitive abilities and the ability to connect with others on a deep energetic level. 

I spent over twenty years in the beauty industry as a salon owner, Stylist, educator and mentor where I was able to utilize my intuitive abilities and empathetic nature to serve my clients, staff and students. I loved being able to help my clients look and feel their best and help my students and staff to build their confidence and skills to succeed. After many years as a beauty professional, I discovered a deeper purpose in which I could make a lasting impact on others. It was then that I began to shift my career in the direction of energy healing and mentorship. 

And here we are.

 

The what and why behind the experiences...

Along my own healing journey I discovered some very effective modalities and practices that helped me to heal on deep levels. I began to share this energy with others and it helped them to heal as well. These are the practices that I use in my private and group Energy Experiences.

Meditation, Reiki and Sound Healing all help to rebalance our energy and vibration. When our energy is balanced and in harmony, our physical body and mind are also in harmony creating a state of peace and total wellness. 

When meditation, sound and energy healing are facilitated in a group, the collective energy is elevated and amplified providing an incredible experience for each person individually and for the group as a whole.
