The practice lasts longer with company.
Most people go home from a retreat full of intention. Then work, family, and ordinary weeks fill back in, and the practice fades. It is rarely because they stopped caring. It is because nobody is practicing next to them anymore.
This group is the space to keep going. You bring the questions that come up in your own practice while they are fresh. You practice with a group that already knows how you work. You do it on a schedule, so it actually happens.
What happens on each call
Reiki Q&A
Bring what came up in your own practice. If you cannot attend live, send your question ahead of time and I will answer it on the call.
Reiki and breathwork
A guided practice for that month's chakra, using the Healing Your Energy Body breathwork, followed by group Reiki.

One chakra a month, root to crown.

Who can join?
Anyone who has attended a Lithouse Reiki 1 and 2 retreat. This first group is for the October 2026 retreat. Future retreat graduates will have their own group.
What if I cannot make a call live?
Every call is recorded. You can send your Q&A question ahead of time and I will answer it on the call, then you watch the recording when it suits you.
How does the private monthly session work?
In addition to being part of the monthly group and everything it includes, you get one private 60-minute session with me each month.
How does Rise and Shine 365 work?
A short guided practice arrives by text at 5 AM your local time. It is included in both plans for all seven months.
