About me and my journey...

I began my energy healing journey about 8 years ago. I felt a strong nudge to explore the benefits of meditation and crystals and followed it. As I started incorporating these practices into my life, more concepts, tools and people showed up, to help me along my path of self discovery and healing. These practices have completely changed my life and I have never felt more aligned and at peace. I knew it was part of my Divine Purpose to share these concepts and tools with others so that they could find that peace, clarity and freedom for themselves.

This energy experience will give you the knowledge, tools and support to dive deeper into your energetic and Intuitive journey.

About Hannah

Hannah is currently a hair extension specialist with a love for education and personal growth. She has been working with women for the last 13 years as an industry educator, and also hosts a podcast focused on helping business owners find their personal power.

I met Hannah 4 years ago, and we have developed a deep friendship since then. She began her own energetic journey in 2021, and has completed my Energy Trifecta program, as well as her Reiki 1 & 2 certifications.

She has played a huge role in the Energetic Evolution, and will be joining us on all our calls to support the group.

Healing Your Energy Body

Once we've laid the foundation and have a solid understanding of Energy & Intuition, we'll dive into Healing Your Energy Body.

During this part of the experience, you'll advance your practice through breath work to heal and balance your energy centers.

The Energetic Evolution

This is a three month commitment to yourself.

Each week Energy Lessons will be released so you can listen at your convenience. As you complete the lessons each week, you will unlock the Guided Meditations that align with that week's lessons. Journal prompts will be included with weekly lessons so that you can write down your takeaways. 

You will gain access to the Energy Trifecta on January 7th.

Mondays beginning January 15, I will host a Live Zoom call where we will connect, share insight and you will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
