Energetic Evolution (3 monthly payments)

This is a 3 month container where we will explore Energy and connect with our Intuition.

We will spend the first month going through The Energy Trifecta together. On January 7th you will gain access to Energy Trifecta. You will complete the lessons and meditations for Energy 111 before our first live call. As you work through the content, we'll have (4) weekly live calls to offer support, starting on January 15. Energy Trifecta is made up of 3 modules:

Energy 111 (Week 1)

Lessons, Guided Meditations and Journal Prompts to help you learn and grow in the foundations of Energy:

  • Meditation
  • Self Care & Love
  • Earthing & Grounding
  • Understanding Energy
  • Energy Exchange & Relationships
  • Energetic Boundaries

Energy 222 (Week 2)

Lessons, Guided Meditations and Journal Prompts to help you learn and grow in the areas of:

  • Our Energy Body and Physical Body Connection
  • How to support healing of our Energy and Physical bodies
  • Energy Tools (Use & Care)

Energy 333 (Week 3)

Lessons, Guided Meditations and Journal Prompts to help you explore your intuition and gifts:

  • Which version of you is doing the talking?
  • Connect with your Intuition and quiet the "others"
  • Discovering our natural gifts
  • Energy Healing
  • Continued Practice 

The remaining 8 weeks will be a deep healing experience for your energy body. Each week we will focus on the healing and balancing of a different Energy Center or Chakra.

We will meet weekly through the 3 month container, starting on January 15

Live calls will be held on:
