Being in the industry for over 20 years I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to create a successful business, to be a good leader, to provide excellent service, to stand apart from the rest, to really excel at your craft and to constantly pour into others. Doing all of this without taking proper care of yourself will lead straight to burnout, stress, and more chaos.

 It doesn't have to be that way. I am a hairdresser as well as an Energy Coach & Reiki Master Teacher. Through meditation, Reiki Energy and Energy Classes, I help my community to get grounded in their foundation and connected to their Intuition so that they can live a fulfilled life of peace and happiness.
