About me and my journey...

My journey with energy healing has always felt like a path of remembering—who I am, what I’m here for, and how deeply I’m meant to feel and live. I was guided toward meditation, energy healing and self-discovery tools that opened doors within me I didn’t even know existed. As I followed those intuitive nudges, the right practices, teachers and insights continued to unfold. These tools have helped me come home to myself—bringing peace, clarity and alignment into my life in ways I never imagined. I now know it’s part of my purpose to share these teachings with others, so they too can reconnect with their energy, their truth and their own unique power.

Energy Trifecta Experience

This experience is a commitment to yourself.

In this 3 week virtual experience, we will explore Energy and connect with our Intuition.

In your portal you will find weekly recorded lessons, recorded meditations, journal prompts, growth roadmap, handouts and other helpful resources.

  We will meet on Zoom for 4 weekly calls starting with our Welcome call on Wednesday 5/14. During this call I will explain the program and all of it's details so that you know exactly what to do between calls and what to expect. Each week when we meet, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share insight and connect with other like hearted souls.

Welcome call will be on Wednesday 5/14 at 8am PST.

Energy 111 Lessons will be available May 14th.

Energy 111 Live Group Coaching Call is Wednesday May 21st at 8:00am PST/11:00pm EST.

Energy 222 Lessons will be available May 21st.

Energy 222 Live Group Coaching Call is Wednesday May 28th at 8:00am PST/11:00pm EST.
