Sissy Krissy's Faves

Most of you know me as an Energetics Coach and Energy Experience Facilitator but I am also a wife, mother, sister and friend. I am known in my family as Auntie Sissy, my siblings have always called me that so their kids have called me Auntie Sissy since day one. Sissy's are known for being caring, loving and FUN and are also the one that you can turn to for insight, advice and other AWESOME things.

I believe in the power of Wholistic Wellness, practicing consistent self love and care for our mind, body and soul. I also believe in the power of connection and sharing information that can help improve another's experience.

Through exploring my own wellness and healing journey, I have discovered many amazing tools that have helped to support me along the way. It took a lot of time, energy and effort to find all of these resources and I created this page to make it convenient for you to explore them!
