Lessons, Guided Meditations and Journal Prompts to help you learn and grow in the areas of:

• Our Energy Body and Physical Body Connection
• How to support healing of our Energy and Physical bodies
• Energy Tools (Use & Care)

Energy 333

Lessons, Guided Meditations and Journal Prompts to help you explore your intuition and gifts:

• Which version of you is doing the talking?
• Connect with your Intuition and quiet the "others"
• Discovering our natural gifts
• Energy Healing
• Continued Practice 

On January 7th you will gain access to Energy Trifecta. You will complete the lessons and meditations for Energy 111 before our first live call. As you work through the content, we'll have (4) weekly live calls to offer support, starting on January 15.

Live calls will be held on:

• January 15 at 4pm PT/7pm ET
• January 22 at 4pm PT/7pm ET
• January 29 at 4pm PT/7pm ET
• February 5 at 4pm PT/7pm ET
