WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE
Pre-Training & Support
4 weeks of pre-training and support is an essential piece of this experience.
Your Reiki book will be mailed to you in early September and you will also be given access to an online portal where you can listen to the reading assignment as well if you choose.
You will have 4 weeks to complete the reading assignment. Completing the reading is an essential part of the class and MUST be completed prior to the in person experience. This is plenty of time to consume the content without feeling rushed, I promise!
Pre-Training will begin on 9/9. Live Calls Q&A calls will be held on Monday 9/23 & Monday 10/7. You will be given access to the recordings of the live calls.
Become your own Healer
Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful Japanese technique that is used to release physical pain, emotional distress and promote overall well being. Learn Reiki techniques and practices for self healing and so much more!
Infusing Reiki into your everyday practices can help you to elevate your life and further align with your highest self and purpose.
Upon completing this experience, you will receive your Reiki 1 & 2 Certifications. You will leave the experience with everything you need to begin your practice.
Reiki 1 will take place on Thursday, October 24 and Reiki 2 on Friday, October 25.

We will reconnect after the class for a post class Zoom Call to offer support and guidance as you integrate Reiki into your daily life.
I'm Kristen.
I have always been an Intuitive soul and an Empath. With those gifts, I was often affected by other people's energy which would leave me feeling unbalanced, exhausted and overwhelmed.
I began my energy healing journey about 10 years ago. I had been a Hairdresser, Salon Owner and Educator for 15 years and even though I had found "success" I was burnt out, overwhelmed and unsure about how to change that. I felt a strong nudge to explore the benefits of meditation, crystals and Reiki and followed it. As I started incorporating these practices into my life, more concepts, tools and people showed up, to help me along my path of self discovery and healing.
These practices have completely changed my life and I have never felt more aligned and at peace. EVERY area of my life has elevated as a result of my self discovery and healing. I knew it was part of my Divine Purpose to share these concepts and tools with others so that they can find that peace, clarity and freedom for themselves.
