The Energy Trifecta

This is a 3 week virtual program where you will explore Energy and connect with your Intuition.

In your portal you will find your Growth Roadmap, recorded lessons, recorded meditations, journal prompts and handouts. As you complete the lessons in each module, you will unlock to the Guided Meditations that coincide with those lessons, to help deepen your understanding and connection with the content.

Energy 111 Lessons will be available upon purchase. In these lessons I will introduce you to meditation, grounding, understanding energy, energetic boundaries and energy exchange with others. The Guided Meditations for this week will unlock after you complete the Lessons in Energy 111.

You will start Energy 222 lessons when you complete Energy 111. In these lessons I will help you to understand the connection between our physical and energy body and how to promote healing of both. You will also learn how to use and care for Energy Tools and about different types of Energy Healing Practices. The guided meditations for this week will unlock after you complete the Lessons in Energy 222.

You will start Energy 333 lessons when you complete Energy 222. In these lessons we will dive into discovering our intuitive abilities, how to connect with our Intuition and quiet all of the "others". The guided meditations for this week will unlock after you complete the Lessons in Energy 333.

This is a beginner class with no prior experience needed. You will gain knowledge and practices to elevate your awareness, become more grounded in yourself and deepen your self healing journey.
